SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

It is always a pleasure to receive love from overseas. All our international deliveries are done by Aramex/DHL/FedEx depending upon the country it is being shipped to. Kindly note that all international shipping costs are charged at actuals as per the shipping amount calculated at the checkout page while placing the order. In case you own a shipping account, you can provide the details and we can book the shipment in your respective account.

 

Handling Time  

Domestic shipping;

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy. Please allow the full shipping timeframe for your item to arrive. 

Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. 

International Shipping;

Most standard orders ship within 3-4 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Standard estimated delivery times are 15-21 days. Please allow the full shipping timeframe for your item to arrive. 

 

Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. 
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. 
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. 
  • To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST. 
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as “Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please note, AKI&ADI Lifestyles is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we’re not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page or the Account section on AKI&ADI Lifestyle website. Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately. If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
